Rename, reveal and delete presets

Each preset in the ‘Output Presets’ section contains now functionality to rename the preset, reveal it in your explorer and delete the preset when it is no longer needed.

Naming Templates section - Add button to enlarge naming pattern text edit

The naming pattern text area in the ‘Naming Templates’ section contains now a toggle to expand / contract its size. This simplifies editing naming patterns.

General section: Add functionality to ensure render directory

The ‘Auto create render root’ checkbox in the ‘General’ section ensures that the render directories for output nodes exist before starting the render processes.
