Accessing smartLib

After the installation is finished, you will now find a new sub menu “smartLib” inside your cragl menu. It contains the following commands as seen below.

open smartLib: Opens the smartLib window. The shortcut is the comma key.

set preview image from current node: Sets the thumbnail for the currently selected shot in smartLib from the selected node. For further information please refer to Setting a shot thumbnail.

import from footage directory: Opens a browser that launches in the footage directory that was set for the current shot. This enables you to quickly import footage from this directory. For more information on setting a footage directory, please refer to Setting a footage directory.

insert shot notes: Insert comments of the current shot as a StickyNote into the nodegraph.

settings: Open the smartLib settings window.
