smartEdit helps you to quickly edit knob values right inside the DAG without
the need to access a node via the properties bin. So you can fully concentrate
on your node graph. You can store quick access knobs per node and for all nodes
of specific node classes.

In addition, smartEdit offers a feature called **quickscripts** which lets you
execute any python code per node class. These quickscripts can be shared within
a team and all users can point to the same quickscripts root directory so that
everybody can benefit from a pool of functionality.
